According to World happiness index 2018, Finland has been happiest country in world. Finland overtakes Norway to become happiest country of world. Talking about India on World Happiness Report 2018, the country has slipped to 133rd place which is 11 places down from its earlier position last year (122nd). USA is also slipped five places to occupy 118th place.
India rank on world happiness report 2018 is so poor that even Pakistan and Nepal are also far ahead of it. Pakistan shown five paces improvements compared to last year ans is at 75th position. Nepal on the other hand is at 101. India is behind of most of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) nations except Afghanistan (145). Other Saarc nations who are ahead of India include Bhutan (97), Bangladesh (115) while Sri Lanka at 116.
