Ordnance Factory Chargeman Jobs : Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
The poss have been divided into two basic categories i.e technical and Non-Technical. Similarly educational qualification are also different. For some posts diploma is enough, while for other posts graduation is essential. For better details, check official website also.
Educational Qualifications for Technical Posts: Three years diploma or BSC from government recognised board or University.
For Non-Technical Posts: Applicant should have done Graduation degree in any of the below disciplines.

All qualifications must be from a government approved University.
Upper Age Limits:
- General: Maximum Age: 27 years
- OBC Applicants: 30 Years
- SC/ST participants: 32 Years
OFB Chargeman Salary / Pay Scale:
A handsome amount is paid to selected participants for Chargeman post. As per the notification, a pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- is offered with pay band 2.
Application Fee
The Application fee for UR category applicants is Rs.150. There is no fee applicable for SC/ST applicants.
OFB Chargeman Selection Process
The selection for the posts will be done through a written exam. The examination alone will be used as criteria. The candidates will be invited to attend the exam at the respective exam center. Exact OFB Chargeman Written Exam Date is not declared yet. The interview part is not present in the selection process. Qualified applicants are invited for document verification then. The venue for document verification will be at NAD/ Respective Factories. If any change is done we shall inform you. Visit the center with original documents. The authority will verify the documents.
