Delhi Home Guard Physical Test Date

Delhi Home guard Physical Test 2024 Details
Only one round is involved in Delhi HG home guard physical round. Department will only organize physical Efficiency Test. The rules of the test are different for male and female candidates as well as it depends on the age of candidates also. Age limits of appearing candidates place important role. Delhi Police Home Guard Physical Efficiency Test Rules for Male Candidates
Total Race: 1600 meters
- If a candidate is up to 30 years then he has to complete the race in 6 minutes.
- Applicants between the age of 30 to 40 years can take time up to 7 minutes to the race.
- If your age is between 40 years to 45 years then 8 minutes are allotted.
- Ex-Servicemen/Ex-CMPF Personnel above 45 years are given 10 minutes of time to complete 1600 m race.
Delhi Home Guard Physical Efficiency Test Rules for Male Candidates
Total Race: 1600 meters
- Below rules are applicable for female candidates appearing for Delhi home guard physical test.
- Female candidate with age up to 30 years can take maximum 8 minutes time to complete the race.
- If a female candidate is having age between 30 to 40 years then she can take 9 minutes maximum to complete her physical test race.
- Similarly if the female candidate age is between 40 years to 45 years then she will be allotted 10 minutes to complete the race.
- Ex-Servicemen/Ex-CMPF Personnel above 45 years can take up to 12 minutes to complete 1600 m race.
