Delhi has been placed at 7th place in terms of most expensive premium office locations in the world. The report was released by by JLL India, a real estate services firm. As per the reports, office rent at premium office location of the national capital is more than that of office rent in San Francisco and Dubai. according to the latest report by JLL India, a real estate services firm.
The list also features Mumbai at 16th place where office rents are higher than Los Angeles, Singapore, Paris and Sydney.
It is Hong Kong once again that got the top spot in the list. The second place is occupied by London(West). There is huge margin in rent difference between top placed Hong Kong and Second placed London (West).
