Public sector undertaking Coal India Limited (CIL) have launched an app named as ‘Grahak Sadak Koyla Vitaran App‘ to facilitate customers of the company to whom coal company supplies coal by road.
Grahak Sadak Koyla Vitaran App is a kind of online tracking system for CIL customers through which they can monitor that whether the dispatches have been made on the ‘First in First Out’ fair principle. The app keeps record of activities right from issuance of sale order to physical delivery of coal by road.

As per the sources, the Grahak Sadak Koyla Vitaran App also assists in logistics planning for lifting of coal in tune with the loading programmes. Furthermore it helps in improved planning of procurement, production and stock management by customers.
It also provides:
- systematic information arranged according to date
- Truck-wise quantity of coal delivered against the sale orders
- Data related to scheme-wise, colliery-wise, grade-wise, and customer-wise details of orders of sale.
