SSC CPO SI Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
Physical test of applicants, who have applied for SSC CPO SI Recruitment 2019, will be different for males and females. The test includes steps like race, high jump, long jump and shot put. Further details are given below:
Males:
- 100 meters race (Max time 16 seconds)
- 1.6 Kms race (Max Allotted Time : 6.5 minutes)
- Long Jump : 3.65 metres : 3 chances
- High Jump : 1.2 metres : 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres : 3 chances
For female candidates only
- 100 metres race ( Max Time: 18 seconds)
- 800 metres race (Max Time: 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances.
