Indian cricket players whether men or women, both are performing well in the cricket. In latest Virat Kohli and Mithali Raj both have grabbed top spots in the latest ICC ODI ranking updates in their respective categories. Kohli remained at top place whereas Mithali jumped one place to occupy first rank.
Mithali Raj is at top of ranking with 753 points, she is followed by while Perry and Satterthwaite with 725 and 720 points respectively. A part from wonderful performance by the Indian women cricket team captain, recent Series missed by Australian batting star Meg Lanning against England because of injury also helped Mithali Raj to gain top place in ICC ODI ranking.
Among bowlers ranking for women, Jhulan Goswami with 652 rating points remained at the second place in ICC ranking. Jhulan is just points behind the topper Marizanne Kapp (656) of South Africa. Harmanpreet Kaur is another Indian at No. 6 position.
Virat Kohli’s sensational performance is continue with bat and it is because of two hundreds hit by him at Mumbai and Kanpur that he occupied top spot by overtaking AB de Villiers, who had taken over the top spot just 10 days ago. Kohli has 889 points which are also the best by an Indian Batsman.
