Yogi government in the their cabinet meeting held on Tuesday took a major decision and changed the name of Gorakhpur and Agra Airports as well as the name of the department of welfare of the differently abled.
Highlights of the decision:
The Gorakhpur Airforce Station renamed to Mahayogi Goraknath Airport after the name of the founder of the Nath monastic movement.
The Agra Airport will be renamed after RSS ideologue Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay airport.
Divyang Jan Vikas Empowerment in the new name given to the Department of Disabled Welfare.
Opening of 20 new agricultural centers was another major decision approved by the cabinet. The crop insurance scheme also has gotten the cabinet’s nod and it would be implemented in next two years.
